The Story Behind LegacyWorks

From lived experience to practical support for women.

LegacyWorks grew from a personal season of rebuilding. When life changed, Abratha asked what she wanted to rebuild—and what would help her move forward. That question opened a wider view of a pattern she had seen in women across different communities: capable women carrying work, family, money, and caregiving responsibilities without enough structure or support around them.

What began as a search for clarity became a commitment to make practical support more accessible. LegacyWorks helps women bring order to what they are carrying, make thoughtful decisions, strengthen the systems around daily life, and build toward long-term stability and legacy.

In her memoir, When Everything Fell Apart – The Bridge Between Collapse, Clarity & Purpose, Abratha writes about resilience, identity, discipline, leadership, purpose, and renewed possibility. The question of what to rebuild helped her see how many women are balancing careers, family, finances, obligations, and plans for the future while still searching for a steadier next step.

Abratha P. Doe is the founder of LegacyWorks and Abratha Doe Global Enterprise. Her experience in diplomacy, governance, peace and security, leadership, and systems development informs her work with women and institutions.

LegacyWorks is part of Abratha Doe Global Enterprise, while operating as an independent business with its own services, clients, and purpose.
