Information you provide

Contact links open your email application or WhatsApp. If you book a Strategic Reset & Clarity Session, Google Calendar handles the appointment details and Google Meet link. Payment is completed through the Stripe checkout shown in the booking flow; LegacyWorks does not collect card details on this website.

After booking, the pre-session intake is provided through Google Forms. Responses are used to prepare for and deliver the session and may be stored in a linked Google Sheets response file in LegacyWorks’ Client Operations records. Access to those records is limited to authorized LegacyWorks personnel. Information you choose to send by email or WhatsApp is used to respond, administer applicable services, and maintain necessary business records; it is not sold.

Please share only information needed to prepare for your session. Do not submit passwords, full payment-card or financial-account numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information that is not necessary. You may raise personal matters during your session and share only what you are comfortable discussing.

External service providers

Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Forms, Google Sheets, Stripe, the website host, and your own email or messaging providers process information under their respective privacy terms. Their services are used to schedule sessions, collect payment, receive intake responses, communicate with clients, and deliver this website. Please review the provider notices presented in their services.

Technical information

The website host may process routine technical information needed for security, performance, and delivery under its own privacy practices.
